#37950: Xdebug throughs error message on updates
-----------------------------+-----------------------------
 Reporter:  pixolin          |      Owner:
     Type: defect (bug) | Status: new
 Priority: normal | Milestone: Awaiting Review
Component:  Upgrade/Install  |    Version:  4.6
 Severity:  normal           |   Keywords:
  Focuses:                   |
-----------------------------+-----------------------------
 When I update (core, themes and/or plugins), I receive an error message
 from Xdebug:

 {{{
 Fatal error: Maximum function nesting level of '100' reached, aborting! in
 /srv/www/ccc/htdocs/wp-includes/functions.php on line 2987,
 Fatal error: Maximum function nesting level of '100' reached, aborting! in
 Unknown on line 0
 }}}

 (see attached screenshot)

 Running plain vanilla WP 4.6 on a local VVV install with `Xdebug_on`, no
 plugins activated, using theme Twenty Sixteen.

 Beside the display of the error message the installation seems to run
 smoothly and everything is updated as expected.
