 If you click the 'Delete Permanently' link for a page/post that's in the
 trash, there isn't a final confirmation asking if you're sure you want to
 proceed with the action. This makes it terribly easy to accidentally click
 or tap on a Delete Permanently link when you don't intend to. A basic
 JavaScript `confirm()` would seem like an easy enough final check to
 prevent this.
