 I am new to wordpress so please forgive me if I am posting on the wrong
 forum

 Worpdress was installed. User then proceeded to do the "Install Updates
 4.6.1"
 Previous to the updates, user could update teh themes using ftp protocol
 with username and password. Once the updates were completed , and user
 tries to update themes
 he gets the error
 Username/Password in incorrect for username....
 We are absolutely sure the user if typing the correct username and
 password
 The failure only happened after the upgrade

 Any help would be greatly appreciated
