 I think we should look at adding a generic button to show more publishing
 icons, and that could toggle a slide-down section that incorporates
 drafts, revisions, scheduled changes, etc. I'm thinking a split-button
 with an arrow on the right of save and publish would work, similar to what
 Press This does.
