 I went looking for the direct link to Press This on my iPhone 7+, and
 found what I think is a UX improvement.

 Because the Direct Link is off-screen, and because this page is less
 familiar to me, I assumed there was no more direct link because it was
 below the fold (I'll attach a screenshot.)

 On mobile, the dragging still doesn't seem to work, and pasting the
 JavaScript into the address bar seems like a last-ditch effort that's
 almost worth hiding entirely behind a "Nothing working? Try this other
 weird way…" link or button.

 Maybe we should do some UA sniffing to optimize (or reorder) the output of
 this page for the current device, or maybe we could add a metabox to the
 Add New post screen with more concise steps instead, to promote its use
 from the place everyone already goes?
