 WordPress doesn't have any inbuilt options framework for enhancement of
 theme options and features. There should be an inbuilt option or theme
 framework in WordPress core, So Developers can create different type of
 theme options and setting pages on the fly as per requirements.

 It will not only make rich themes but greater extent of satisfaction for
 theme developers. They can use official option framework instead of
 looking any other options.
