 Steps to reproduce:

 * Go to the new themes panel in the customizer ([38813])
 * Open the network tab in your browser dev tools
 * Select multiple feature filters at once
 * Inspect the Ajax request
 * You'll notice that it only includes the first tag.

 I think there should be a button which inits the Ajax request.
