 The above patch was with help from @joshcummingsdesign

 I might not get to `WP_Customize_Color_Control` today but it should be
 pretty straightforward.

 In `wpColorPicker`, you just do `$(inputEl).wpColorPicker({ type: 'hue'
 })` to create a hue-only slider.
