 I think the bandwidth argument is a reasonable reason to add YouTube
 fallback, which can totally be copied from
 [https://codepen.io/ccrch/pen/GgPLVW this example].

 It would also need to be pluggable (so that Vimeo Pro users can add a
 plugin to use Vimeo).
