 In [attachment:37974.14.diff]:

 * Abstract the logic for toggling the `front_page_sections` control into a
 function and bind it to the `static_front_page` section `expanded` event
 instead of calling it immediately on `api( 'ready' )`. This only affects
 the `front_page_sections` instance of the Post Collection control.
 * Remove a slash from the opening anchor tag that was left after adding
 the closing tag in [attachment:37974.11.diff].
