 I think we have consensus on moving things around, at least, and removing
 the lesser-used unsemantic buttons that are already in the kitchen sink
 per [comment:71]. Can someone make a patch for that so we can finally get
 this in?

 It's time to make a decision here. Otherwise we'll keep talking in circles
 for years without every making any improvements.
