 On mobile devices, this [https://github.com/WordPress/WordPress/blob/4.6.1
 /wp-admin/css/list-tables.css#L1703-L1706 css rule] hides the actions
 available at the top of the posts list table. This is not a major issue
 for bulk actions as the we can find them at the bottom of the list table,
 but filters (category, date) are totally hidden.
