Comment:

 Excellent work @sirbrillig! The small size of the patch is really great to
 see for unlocking so much functionality. Testing briefly, it works as
 advertised.

 There are a few tweaks to go still, but I'm moving to 4.7 since this
 should be ready to go soon.
