 Agreed. From my clients' perspective, the security issue is arguably a
 more urgent (not necessarily more important, but definitely more urgent)
 requirement than the usability one.  In the meantime, I'll apply the patch
 that @Ipstenu provided, but it sure would be nice to prioritise this for
 an upcoming release.
