 Not sure if that makes sense. What kind of 'Page' is the -Recent News-
 section from the initial Twenty Seventeen design mockups?
 To consider having something standing there like:
 Page, Post, CPT (custom post type), or CST (custom section type)
 gives room for further improvements of this UX.
