 * add defer attribute to inserted scripts
 * retain only flag, pride flag and emoji4 tests (@pento, correct me if I
 misunderstood comment:17)
 * creates canvas element once only

 I'm in two minds as to whether the parsing event should be delayed until
 the window.onload event runs.

 I agree re: delaying the tests until render.
