Comment:

 The dynamically-named `'handle_bulk_actions-*` hook receives different
 parameters depending on the value of the dynamic portion of the hook name.
 Yikes! Clear documentation for this will get ugly.

 These should either be statically named hooks, or a better way of clearly
 passing different formats and number of data to the hooks is needed.
