Comment:

 Thanks for the report! However, this cannot be changed due because of
 backwards compatibility for any themes that may have CSS that is targeting
 `.widgettitle`. A theme needs to opt-in to `widget-title` when it calls
 `register_sidebar()`. Thanks!
