 Thanks, @cdog.

 Rather than adding screen options, we should focus on having as few
 options as possible, and only showing them when they're relevant. The
 presets vs. custom settings would take care of that.

 Can you add a list of the proposed presets? We can discuss/vote on those
 and the three design variations above in tomorrow's design meeting.
