 @folletto Please see above.  It's quite plain, really -- just a textarea
 that updates the CSS on postMessage.

 I looked into utilizing the "?" icon, as used in the Nav Menu panel, but
 it would take quite a bit of work at this point to make this Panel
 functionality work on a Setting.

 I'm going to remove the underscores from the "new window" icons.

 Since we don't have CodeMirror, syntax highlighting is not an option,
 which bums me out. :D
