 Regarding the controls, I talked to the accessibility team today to get a
 better idea of what an accessible, default implementation looks like for
 this feature out of the box. See:

 To summarize:

 1. Autoplay is okay for decorative videos.
 2. Controls should be there (so a user can pause/stop it if the motion is
 problematic).
 3. No sound (there was an idea if this was a Core feature that we should
 not have an option to turn sound on).

 This was what I was thinking, should blend nicely with the type of
 experience imagined for this feature.
