 I found the following issues testing the patch on mobile:
 - The panel title was changed for the redesign, but now the top-level
 title doesn't make sense - the active theme name should be restored.
 - Installed status doesn’t update when installing within the details
 modal.
 - Screenshots load after scroll only on mobile.
 - Delete button needs to float left on mobile
 - Header button/text jumps when the panel is opened; it should be hidden
 until the panel animation is complete to avoid this.
 - Themes list should scroll to the top whenever it's reset to show a
 different section or search.
 - There should be a mobile loading indicator in the header on the filters.
