 Hey,

 if you add a german umlaut (for example "ö") to the slug, WordPress sites
 result in a redirection loop.
 Check this: https://de.wordpress.org/?ö

 (In a perfect world nobody would add an "ö" to the slug, but I'm talking
 about external links and we can't control that we have to redirect to a
 404)

 Is there already a fix for this problem?
