Comment:

 In [attachment:28956.1.patch] the `meta_box_context` and
 `meta_box_priority` arguments are added to the `register_taxonomy()`
 function  and `WP_Taxonomy` class.

 The defaults for these parameters are taken from the hard-coded parameter
 values used in [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/trunk/src/wp-admin
 /edit-form-advanced.php#L259 edit-form-advanced.php] to add taxonomy meta
 boxes in the post edit screens.
