 The `overwrite` parameter of the XMLRPC method `wp.uploadFile` seems to be
 ignored, files are never overwritten in Wordpress 4.6.1. If the file
 already exists, a `-` plus a number starting with `1` is appended when
 uploaded again.

 This has already been an issue some time ago (#17604), then got fixed but
 was reintroduced in Wordpress 4.4 according to this support thread:
