Comment:

 Not new to trunk although I'm not sure how far back this goes. Also, the
 patch doesn't seem to be quite right - can you try re-uploading as a
 `.patch` or `.diff` file? It still might not apply because of `/tmp/class-
 wp-query.php` but at least it will be readable in Trac.
