 [attachment:38615.7.diff] is a minor tweak to make the if clause added in
 [attachment:38615.5.diff] more readable: `get_stylesheet_directory_uri()`
 is only called when there's a child theme and it contains the file,
 otherwise `get_template_directory_uri()` is used.
