 If you make a post and schedule it for the future, quick edit properly
 shows it's dropdown as 'scheduled' if you want to change post status.

 If, however, you have a future dated post that you *want* to schedule, but
 it's in draft, the option is paradoxically 'Published.'

 This leads to uncertainty as to what the next step actually is. The
 dropdown should alter itself based on what your current saved date is (it
 not ajaxifiedly adapt on the fly).
