 Silly me struggle to take a screen shot. Sorry.

 In any case, I used the 'image_size_names_choose' filter to add size
 options to the Insert Media > Attachment Display Settings > Select. When
 the Insert Media modal opens it's more or less full screen. If my browser
 is also full screen (as opposed to some smaller area) the select ends up
 in the lower right and when I open it to select the list goes off the
 screen. I can't see nor select some of the sizes.

 Does that make sense?
