 [attachment:38387.2.patch] looks good to me. At the moment Chrome seems
 the only browser that works with only the `href` attribute. Firefox still
 needs `xlink:href` though [https://developer.mozilla.org/en-
 US/docs/Web/SVG/Attribute/xlink:href MDN categorically states "do not
 use"] 😯
