Comment:

 Since myself and @laurelfulford weren't able to reproduce this in either
 Twenty Sixteen or Twenty Seventeen in multiple attempts, I'm going to
 close it. But it can be reopened in the future if steps to accurately
 reproduce the issue more often are determined.
