Comment:

 @ocean90 I have tested all themes and it seems that only the Twenty
 Fourteen have different layout. All edit icons are now visible, but they
 are overlapping the text in Twenty Seventeen for example. At least the
 entire icons are visible, but I am not sure is this the best solution.
