 Welcome to Trac @shmulim!
 I'm not entirely sure what you're suggesting/requesting here.

 Individual plugins are welcome to support being run under Hack, as far as
 I'm aware there's nothing in core WordPress that should need changing to
 allow plugins written using hack to be run.
 If there are blockers in WordPress to making that happen, if you could
 outline the issues plugin devs face, that'd help greatly
