 The back button is seeming like the answer in terms of accessibility. How
 do we feel about that relative to the visual impact for mouse/touch users?
 If we're okay with that, [attachment:29158.i9.3.diff] is ready to go.

 (in the patch, the back button is focused because there don't seem to be
 any other focusable elements to target according to the jQuery).
