 Hi @tcarter208,

 Thanks for the report and welcome to Trac. Another person reported a
 similar issue with 4.5.1 (ticket number #36777), which ended up being an
 error based on their hosting provider's `ini_set()` settings. It's
 possible that you're running into the same issue.

 Just to be sure, can you see if this is still a problem after disabling
 all your plugins and activating a default theme (e.g. Twenty Sixteen)?
 Also, check to see if this happens in several browsers or just one and see
 if there are any error messages in your browser's javascript console.
