 Still an issue on WordPress 4.5.2. Running into the same thing on my Lumia
 640 (running Windows Phone 8.1). I can successfully upload files through
 other sites so there's a flag not being thrown correctly. I'm playing
 around with a few files with some success by using an all-or-nothing
 method but nothing that is specifically targeting that user agent. Maybe
 I'm in over my head but that seems to be the best solution at the moment.
