 In the spirit of tickets past, e.g. #31981 , here is the tracking ticket
 for making sure Akismet stays current on trunk.

 Currently https://build.trac.wordpress.org/browser/trunk/wp-
 content/plugins has `akismet` pegged to
 http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/akismet/tags/3.1.10/ , now needs to be
 bumped to http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/akismet/tags/3.1.11/

 Once updated, I'll reopen this ticket as needed. :-)
