 Thanks for your valid report and welcome to WordPress Trac!

 `wp-emoji-release.min.js` is not the only script this happens. It's being
 done for `wp_enqueue_style()` / `wp_enqueue_script()`. You're not the
 first one to report this, that's why I'll close this ticket in favour of
 #29201 where we're already tracking this.
