 I have splitted wordpress comments to 12 per page (Newer comments are
 displayed first), and someone have written 13. comment , if I click to see
 the 13. comment "in Recent comment seciton" - I can not see it because the
 link is wrong
 here is the problem page

 picture) , it will give you the following link:
