 For a correct implementation of Google Tag Manager its code must be
 inserted right after the opening <body> tag. Is there another solution for
 adding code directly after the opening body tag? GTM gets implemented more
 and more in the future. Any chance this feature gets implemented in a way
 one can enable tagmanager functionality for Wordpress?
