 I have been revisiting this. And aside from the hentry/hfeed issue, all
 the others can be addressed without a theme support tag. But the inability
 to change the behavior of hentry due backcompat issues is a breaker. It
 only works if classic and microformats 2 are on the same elements.

 Ideas?
