 The help relative to the content of the mail sent to a new user is not
 correct (see lines 178 and 179 in the wp-admin/user_new.php file). If the
 wp_new_user_notification function (wp-includes/pluggable.php) is not
 overwritten by any plugin, checking the checkbox will send a mail asking
 the new user to set himself his password. The new password is not sent
 with the message.
