 [attachment:36753.3.diff] no longer removes the `open-sans` style
 registration. I was blinded by my dislike of those translation hacks and
 forgot about people using the handle, especially as a dependency where it
 would cause the calling style to not be output.

 Separately, we may actually be able to drop those translation hacks
 because of how browsers handle `unicode-range`, but that should be a
 separate ticket and requires a look into which browsers support that and
 how well :)
