New description:

 Background: #33301

 In 4.4, the "Insert/edit link" window shows the list of recent posts and
 pages if you leave the search box empty.

 In trunk, there's no recent posts list, and I'm forced to do a search,
 which might be confusing (see #36357 for an example). What if I want to
 link to a recent post, but don't remember the exact keywords?

 Seems like a regression to me.
