 Hi @theMikeD, thanks for the patch!

 Per the [https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/best-practices/inline-
 documentation-standards/php/ inline documentation standards], DocBlock
 summaries and parameter descriptions should both end with periods.
 Otherwise, much better, thanks :-)

 We'll get this in first thing in 4.6.
