 Yes! This is precisely what I was hinting at in [comment:7 my earlier
 comment]. Theme authors should be able to define the size, width, height,
 and flexibility of the logo to the design specs. This is in line with
 other features, and provides the theme author with detail control to
 choose how a logo is incorporated most appropriately in the design.
