 Some websites have help panels that pop up when a user types a keyboard
 shortcut.

 Press `command+/` on a Mac or `control+/` on Windows in Slack and a pane
 of keyboard shortcuts pops up.

 I wonder if it would be helpful to use a keybinding like this to open the
 "Keyboard Shortcuts" modal when a user is within TinyMCE.
