#35043: Images in RSS feed are broken

Changes (by joemcgill):
* status: reviewing => accepted
* milestone: 4.5 => Future Release
Comment:
It looks like Feedly has updated their app to handle mixed content errors
caused by trying to serve non HTTP resources from a `srcset` attribute
inside their HTTPS pages. As more applications that parse RSS feeds are
updated to handle `srcset` attributes (which will need to happen
regardless of what WordPress does), I'm of the opinion that we should
leave things as they are.
For the time being, anyone affected by this issue can make use of the code
snipped in [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/35043#comment:3 comment
#3] above to disable responsive images in their RSS feeds.
I'm going to leave this open so we can review the status of things during
the next release, but punting from the 4.5 milestone.
