 Got this working with Twenty Sixteen and I'm noticing the logo doesn't
 appear retina in the sidebar (though it displays correctly on the site
 itself). As far as I can tell, this isn't an issue with header images. Is
 this a quick fix?

 Retina logo aside, everything else looks good to me. I'm still in favor of
 the logo at the top.
