''Resolved Vertical Spacing Issue''
Hi @delawski,
Your latest [https://github.com/xwp/wordpress-
develop/commit/89591f9e3c3ae42b6b1c40b350f30c51c90892fa commit] in this
ticket's [https://github.com/xwp/wordpress-develop/pull/145 pull request]
fixed the vertical spacing issue shown in
[https://core.trac.wordpress.org/attachment/ticket/35947/inside-panel.png
these] [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/attachment/ticket/35947/image-
empty-space.png screenshots]. There's now no extra space at the bottom
when you open a panel ([https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B-
0jvLc5J3NnWWFBN1BYa19FNEU/view?usp=sharing screenshot]).
And the [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/35947#trac-
change-6-1457138939375484 positioning issue] that @westonruter found with
my [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/attachment/ticket/35947/200b49.diff
patch] isn't present. I tested this in the same OS and browser
combinations as my [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/35947#trac-
change-10-1457231855242489 earlier tests]:
Windows 10, IE 11; Windows 8, Firefox 44; Windows 7, Firefox 44; Windows
7, IE11; OSX 10.10.5, Chrome 49; OSX 10.10.5, Firefox 43.0.4; OSX 10.10.5,
Safari 9.0
